The Twitter user Tervel1337 has revealed the graphics for the GTA Trilogy mobile version. The leaked screenshots are not taken on a mobile device, but simply recreations of the PC version. To make it seem as realistic as possible to the mobile version, the data miner utilized a few mods.

On mobile phones, the Definitive Edition might appear like the image above. The graphics settings have been tweaked to match the iOS preferences contained in the game files. The PC/console versions, on the other hand, feature an extremely long draw distance with no fog. Mods were used to obtain this effect, which includes a shortened draw distance and distant fog.
And last but not least, III’s iOS settings: pic.twitter.com/4BkHPztlAs— Tervel (@Tervel1337) November 22, 2021
These images give the impression that the mobile versions will be more appealing than the Nintendo Switch version. In comparison to the console and PC versions, the graphics quality on the portable console will be significantly reduced. Previously, most fans assumed that the mobile versions would appear identical to the Switch version.

It doesn’t. There’s this list though if you’re interested. pic.twitter.com/F9vHjwtECp— Tervel (@Tervel1337) November 23, 2021
Unfortunately, the GTA Trilogy mobile version will not be available on all phones with the same quality of graphics. The settings on the iPhone 6 are seen in the tweet above, which appear to be much more degraded than the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC versions.
We can expect the Definitive Edition to come to iPhone 6 or newer. For Android devices, you probably have to have a phone with enough RAM and a processor good enough to run the game smoothly.
The Android and iOS versions of the game will probably have reduced resolution, draw distance (with fog), and less FPS to run smoothly. However, the settings could vary widely depending on what phone the game is running on.
