After the official announcement of the GTA Trilogy from Rockstar Games, we now have a rumored release date for the physical copies and leaked prices.
GTA Trilogy leaked prices
It looks like that the prices for Grand Theft Auto: Trilogy – The Definitive Edition have been leaked by a retailer. Base.com listed the game for various platforms on their website. Here you can take a look at the prices in euros:
- €65.00 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch
- €76.85 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S
However, it’s not confirmed if these are the real prices or just a placeholder as the retailer later removed the prices from the website. Currently Grand Theft Auto: Trilogy – Definitive Edition isn’t listed anymore on their website.
GTA Trilogy physical release date
It looks like we’re also getting a physical release of the GTA Trilogy. Although only the last-gen consoles (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch) will be getting the game before next year. The PS4, Xbox One and Switch versions will be released physically on December 7, and the PS5 and Xbox Series X | S editions will be out next year according to videogameschronicle.
Officially, Rockstar has said only that the collection will release later this year for consoles and PC, followed by mobile in 2022. The physical dates, if accurate, don’t necessarily rule out an earlier digital release for GTA: The Trilogy. Stay tuned for more information on the GTA trilogy.
